ITEE by Neha Goyal – crafts & creates products lovingly with hands and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches customers.

We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards that are unmatched in the industry. If there’s a problem* with a product that you received, we are here to help you.

*There Will Be No Refund In Any Case, Without Any Exceptions. If Your Request For A Return Is Approved You Will Be Issued A Credit Note That Can Be Used Within 3 Months Of Its Issue.

Your product is eligible for a one-time return/exchange in case you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or a manufacturing defect,
or if any incorrect product is mailed to you.

Given the nature of our products, we receive sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return/exchange request is treated as an individual case.

If you would like to return any of the damaged items, please contact our customer service team, at within 5 hours of the product received, with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Specify the reason for the return
  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image or video of the item you have received.

If approved for exchange/replacement/credit note, please send the item. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.

*Please Note That For All The Returns, Customers Need To Pay For The Cost Of Shipment.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused & in original packaging condition.

No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 5 hours of delivery.

ITEE will try its best to expedite the repair/replacement process. However, the whole process from pick-up to delivery of the replacement item can take up to 21 days.
